How We Work

Our Process

Moulding

We manufacture technical rubber products using injection and compression moulding presses, working with different materials and compounds according to the product’s required characteristics.

Sandblasting

We carry out metal preparation and sandblasting treatments to promote adhesion between rubber and metal substrates, maintaining control over every stage prior to processing.

Die Cutting

We produce semi-finished products and rubber components through die cutting and blanking, achieving precise shapes in terms of weight, thickness, and dimensions.

Grinding

We complete the production cycle with grinding and finishing processes, ensuring precise components, coated rollers, and parts that meet the required tolerances.
